Pre-Trip Car Checklist for Islamabad
Before a long drive or weekend trip, a short inspection catches issues that strand drivers on the motorway. Use this checklist or book a free workshop inspection.
What to check before you leave
Cover these items the day before your trip:
- Tyre pressure, tread, and spare
- Brake feel and any squeaks or vibration
- Engine oil, coolant, and washer fluid levels
- Battery terminals and starting behaviour
- AC cooling performance in Islamabad heat
- Lights, indicators, and wipers
When to visit the workshop first
If you notice a warning light, soft brakes, overheating, or weak AC, get a free inspection in F-11 before the trip. Same-day diagnosis is often possible for minor faults.
